Summary:
The Client Relations Executive is responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients while ensuring their satisfaction and trust with the company's job executions and services. The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients, reporting issues timely, and facilitating communication between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients various departments, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand position of pending bills, issuance of work orders and certificates , provide updates on upcoming jobs and ensure satisfaction with services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships through personalized service and proactive communication.
- Address and resolve issues or complaints in a timely manner, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Coordinate with internal accounts and project teams when needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, including letters and documents, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
