Job Description
Must have at least 2-6 years experience in renowned freight forwarding / logistics companies. Achieve the goals set by the management for assigned region. Generate new business / clients. Ensure retention of existing clients. Manage the sales team for optimum performance. Assist the sales team in achieving their targets. Assist the management by providing competitor / market information. Generate reports and analyze the results to formulate sales and marketing strategies. Adhering to company policies and contribute towards the growth of the organization wherever possible.
