Responsible for Alibaba.com's local market development by channel partner management. She/he has sales and management experience, cross-team communication and coordination ability, with market and industry insight, have quick execution ability and can lead the sales team get results , facilitate the growth of Alibaba.com's business and local market share.
Determine Go-To-Market strategies after analyzing the market & industry, fulfil the annual market expansion, sales and services target in designated market.
Build channel network and manage channel team, fulfil business targets of channel partners and manage their P&L .
Establish strong connections with local government, business associations, and enterprises to explore more business opportunities, and organize business community events to find more industry opportunities.
Take responsible for customers' satisfaction, build channel service team and manage QC of their service, increase renewal rate and customer base.

Based in Mumbai
Required Candidate profile-
At least 2 years working experience on sales and channel management, working in internet company is preferred;
Deep understanding of local industry, export process & policy and international market;
Experience in market development and team management, including channel network building, organization structuring, commission rules planning;
Ability for P&L management and annual business target planning.
Ability to analyze data, understand customers' requests by data analysis, improve sales and service processes consistently
Good communication and resources integration ability, have strong relationship with local government, business associations is preferred;
Native Indian speaker, with high proficiency and excellent communication skills in written and oral English
