RESPONSIBILITY :
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, competitive landscape and consumer behaviours and preferences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Lead, mentor and motivate the team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional performance of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, Digital Marketing, operations etc) to align marketing strategies with overall business goals and a seamless customer experience.
- Communicate marketing plans and results to senior management and stakeholders.
- Provide insights to inform product/service enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various initiatives.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Adapt marketing plans as needed based on changing market dynamics and business goals.
