Role & responsibilities
The job roles are as follows;
- Supporting the Telesales Director & COO with strategic planning
- Defining targets that are aligned with strategic plans
- Segmenting sales into core services and products and driving growth across each
- Market and product analysis and competitor landscape reviews to define direction
- Using analytics and data to drill down on performance by team and individual - seeing through corrective action plans as appropriate
- Leading the management team and entire function to instil discipline, maintain high levels of motivation, and generating volume and value of sales versus target
- Designing and implementing reward schemes that deliver growth
Preferred candidate profile
The below are the skills required;
- Experience of working in the UK (mandatory)
- Experience of working in our industry (preferable)
- Analytical and detailed
- Creative and confident - the ability to articulate ideas well in business plan format
- 10+ years in sales/growth roles at a management + level
