Job responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets within the electrical trade or any of Paint industry .
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and their teams.
3. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company's market share.
4. Lead and motivate distributors and their teams to drive performance and meet sales objectives.
5. Analyze sales data and market insights to formulate effective sales strategies.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
7. Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.
8. Provide regular training and coaching to distributor teams to enhance their skills and performance.
9. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Candidates profile -
Education :
Preferred MBA
B.tech /B.E or any post Graduate with 60 %
Experience :
5-8 Years
Salary:
6 to 11 LPA including Variable Pay .
