Job Description
Strategic Responsibilities:-
• Defining strategy: Establish a sales strategy to launch the Saras-3D app and hardware in the highly competitive Edtech Market
• Be a key member of the team developing and testing new product and service offerings, positioning, marketing and sales collateral
• Implement a scalable sales process and train the sales team
• Review sales pipelines, point out obstacles, identify opportunities, etc.
• Improve sales process: Create sales scripts, email templates, perfect stages of the sales process, help write product roadmap based on sales data
• Develop innovated strategies/solutions that will increase future pipeline and sales revenue
Requirements:-
• 10+ years in selling to the K-12 market with a proven track record in meeting quota. 7-10 years of management experience. Educational sales experience and teaching skills are desirable.
• 5+ years in a sales management or executive leadership in a SaaS (Software as a service) ed-tech company selling to the K-12 market
• Strong writing skills
• Experience building and managing a high-growth, virtual sales organization
• Evidence of success with rolling up your sleeves, wearing many hats, and creating new protocols
• Experience with a data-driven inbound marketing team, forecasting, and comp plan creation
