Qualifications Degree in Marketing or Management
Experience Minimum of 12 years to 16 years experience in sales, marketing or trading activities in a related industry
Overview General Manager is tasked with overseeing daily business activities, improving overall business functions, training heads of departments, managing budgets, developing strategic plans, creating policies, and communicating business goals.
Main Responsibilities
1 Formulate annual and monthly sales plan and implement sales strategy
2 Monitor market trends to identify business opportunities
3 Negotiate with suppliers
4 Oversee collection of payment, manage debtors and customer claims
5 Oversee all customer feedback in order to enhance customer service
6 Review and evaluate activities and achievements of all sales staff
7 Conduct training for sales staff
8 Oversee profitability and operations of liaison with branches at locations.
9 Oversee management of warehousing activities.
10 Increase the Brand Value of Organization by participating in different Business forums /trade activities across South India and rest of India .
Languages :- English + Kannada + Hindi Mandatory , south Indian languages will be added advantage.
