Job Description
We are looking for Regional Sales Manager for Maharashtra & Gujarat locations.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Promoting and selling beauty cosmetics products to consumers and retailers
- Knowledge in various cosmetics lines, conduct product demonstration to generate interest in beauty items among consumers and retailers
- Handling busy schedules and staying on top of key deadlines
- The Sales Representative will be increasing the sales revenue and maintaining customer relationships with an assigned geographical area
- Ensuring that brand awareness within an assigned territory meets company expectations.
- Monitoring competitors sales activity within an assigned territory
- Keeps management informed by submitting results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly analyses
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques to the Sales Partners (ASPs)
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in a particular region of ASP`s
- To promote the company's products to existing ASP and attract new ASPs
- Know all the information on products and guide them on how to pitch to the customers
- Follow-up after-sales customer and to respond to complaints and submit feedback to the department head
- Traveling to educate and showcase new products launched by the company
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Well qualified Regional Sales with 7 -10 years of experience in sales
- Candidate having experience in Beauty/ Personal care will be given advantage
- Good verbal & written Communication Skills.
- A self-motivated individual with passion for sales.
- Providing quality customer service.
- Explore & develop new Sales Partners (ASP).
- Understand Asp`s requirements - responsible for all activities involved & follow-up.
- Respond to email queries.
- Achieve given sales targets.
- Good knowledge of cosmetics trends and cosmetics.
- Creativity in designing displays to catch the eye of the customers
- Willing to travel to region wise Asp`s stores and educate them on cosmetics offered by the company.
