Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment across verticals.
• Participate in developing; enhancing the recruitment procedures.
• Maintaining the Recruitment; Resume Dashboard along with other related reports.
• Maintaining the open position on the company website, social media pages; hiring portals.
• Keeping pace with HR trends, and best practices.
• Ensuring the hiring engagement via Referral policy Sending referral emails weekly basis.
Requirements:
• 0-2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
• Strong decision-making skills and problem-solving skills.
