Job Description
The purpose of this job role is to contribute to the areas of People Development, Organization Culture and Organization Effectiveness independently and collaboratively. The role requires the ability to plan, organize and execute strategies and to ensure effective follow through.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: I. Independently & collaboratively take end to end accountability for People Development & Organization Effectiveness strategies and interventions.
- Graduation required.
- Post Graduate Qualification in OD / HR preferred Experience.
- Minimum of 10 years experience of which, at least 7 years should have been in an OD or related (People Development) field.
- Experience in conducting Assessment Centers. Certification preferred.
- Train The Trainer certification preferred.
- Experience and certification in Project Management preferred.
- Certification in some psychometric tools preferred
- Microsoft Outlook/ Word/ Excel skills to be able to document and analyze obtained information/ data from various diagnostic sessions of various people development and other BAU projects being handled.
