Role & responsibilities
Vendor Management : Co-ordinating with the vendors for the recruitment process for warehouse positions.
Employee Relations : Handle employee relations matters, including addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.
HR Administration : Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Employee Engagement : Promote employee engagement initiatives like Rewards & Recognition programs to boost morale and create a positive work environment in the warehouse.
Reporting and Analysis : Prepare HR reports and analysis for management review, including workforce metrics, turnover rates, and other HR-related data.

MBA or any specialization in HR
