Job Description
Coordinating with vendor welfare officer & employee relation officers for effectively handling the grievances.
Maintaining MIS tracker & report.
Employee engagement & employee welfare activities
Sound knowledge on statutory compliance procedure.
Creating awareness sessions, organize Town-hall meetings.
Floor Visit on daily basis to understand the concerns and better connectivity with the employees.
Handling Petty Grievance and making the aggrieved employee comfortably on day to day basis.
Should know to read & write local language apart from English.
Have hands on experience in Manufacturing sector.
Ensure labour compliance records are maintained.
