Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Compile and organize data by preparing source data and establishing priorities
- Operate data entry equipment and code information in order to help resolve problems
- Verify and balance data by making regular reviews of data for accuracy
- Pull and return data for user correction
- Sort, batch and archive files to complete data management
- Make recommendations to management for improvement of business strategies
- Check source documents for complete accuracy
- Comply with data integrity and security policies of company
- Maintain own office equipment and stationary supplies
- Transcribe information into required electronic format
Requirements :
- High school education or Equivalent Diploma
- 0-1 years of related experience with word ,spreadsheet
- Formal computer training an advantage
- Proven experience in relevant computer applications
- Accurate keyboard skills
- Knowledge of correct grammar, punctuation and spelling
- Proven clerical and administrative knowledge
- Ability to plan and organize
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- High quality communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹30,700.00 per month
Expected hours: 40 per week
