The MIS Executive will play a key role in managing and enhancing the QHT Clinic information systems to support decision-making processes. This role involves collecting, analysing, and reporting data to ensure efficient operations and strategic planning. The MIS Executive will collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide timely and accurate information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Management:
- Gather and compile data from various sources within the organization.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of collected data.
- Maintain and update databases and information systems regularly.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management and different departments.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to facilitate real-time data access and visualization.
- System Management:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the company’s MIS.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to MIS and data systems.
- Work with IT to implement system upgrades and improvements.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with different departments to understand their data and reporting needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users on how to use MIS tools and systems.
- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants for system enhancements and maintenance.
- Compliance and Security:
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
- Implement best practices for data management and system security.
- Monitor and manage access to sensitive information.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in MIS and data management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
- Participate in projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of information systems.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ERP systems and business process management software.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions.
- Certification in data management or business intelligence tools.
- Understanding of business processes in a specific Healthcare industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
