This role
involves leveraging various digital channels and data-driven insights to optimize marketing
efforts, increase ROI, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive email linkedin marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product offerings, target audience, and competitive landscape.
2. Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize email linkedin marketing campaigns using automation tools.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
3. Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively across various channels to maximize return on investment.
- Conduct regular budget reviews and provide recommendations for adjustments based on performance insights.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure key performance metrics.
- Generate regular reports detailing campaign performance, trends, and actionable
- insights.
5. Conversion Optimization:
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the UX/UI team to enhance landing pages and user journeys.
6. Audience Targeting:
- Define and refine target audience segments based on data analysis and market research.
- Implement audience targeting strategies to reach the most valuable and relevant audiences.
7. Technology Integration:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
8. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing agencies, sales, and product development, to align marketing efforts with overall business strategies.
- Effectively communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Proven experience in Email Linkedin marketing, with a record of accomplishment of successful campaign management and results.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, platforms, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Candidate must be willing to work overlapping hours to cover the EST timezone.
