Role & responsibilities
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
2. Oversee and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success.
3. Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
5. Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Master's degree in Business Administration.
2. Experience of 3-4 years in sales, in the real estate industry.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
4. Candidates need to stay in Bongaigaon.
5. Age should be below 40yrs.
