Job Title: System Engineer/ Senior System Engineer.
Location: No location constraint
Terms: Permanent, Full-time, 9.15 hours average working hours per workday.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support via ticketing tool.
- Manage tickets in prompt and accurate manner.
- Make recommendations for changes as necessary and advise as to the best course of action to continue to meet organizational goals.
- Liaise with customers, vendors and other third parties to ensure appropriate support and ticket resolution in a timely manner.
- Ensure infrastructure compliance with applicable regulations including reporting requirement, proper record-keeping, and the establishment of internal controls.
- Develop and recommend systems and procedures to ensure maximum accuracy.
- Hearing the feedback from user community on the services which we are offering and if any di-satisfaction feedback is shared, need to analyze, and derive actions which will ensure increase in satisfaction level as per dept score card.
Candidate Requirements:
Required-
- At least 3 years of work experience in relevant domain.
- Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
- Strong experience & skills in Active Directory and Exchange Server Administration.
- Proficient in Active Directory management, including user and computer account administration, group policies, and domain trust management.
- Experience with Windows Server roles and features, such as DHCP, DNS, IIS, SQL Server, and Exchange Server
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex system issues.
- EDRM (Enterprise Digital Rights Management) service.
- Active MS Intune & Outlook app with Exchange Online/O365 (BYOD).
- Data Storage
- Encryption: Checkpoint Full Disk Encryption (FDE) and Microsoft Bitlocker.
- Web Security Service: Zscaler.
- Public & Private cloud: Overview & fundamental operations.
- Experience with Windows Server roles and features, such as DHCP, DNS, IIS, SQL Server, and Exchange Server
- Familiarity with scripting languages, such as PowerShell, for automation and administrative tasks.
- Participate in the implementation of new technologies and systems and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Stay up to date with the latest Windows Server technologies, security best practices, and industry trends.
Preferred-
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Exchange Online Support.
- MDM with Intune Certified.
- Expertise in Zscaler troubleshooting.
- Cloud certified.
- Automation tool Blue Prism, etc.
- Understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
