Roles and Responsibilities
1. Achievement of Sales targets: Monthly/Quarterly/Half-yearly/Annually.
2. Regular Market Visits
3. Identifying & Developing Retailer Network
4. Identifying & Developing Dealer Network
5. Relationship & Liaoning Management with Architects, Builders & Contractors.
6. Conducting Contractor & Mason Meets.
7. Credit & Receivable Management.
8. Internal & External Coordination.
9. Initiating Promotional Activities
10. MIS
Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates should be well versed with the retail channel /dealer management to generate business in the respective locations and should have adequate experience in selling Cement /Paints /Steel / construction chemicals & Adhesives of reputed companies through retail channel.
( A combination of at least two product handling experience would be preferable ).
