- Managed full cycle of recruiting, sourcing, hiring and on-boarding new employees.
- Initiated Trainee Hire & Management Trainee Hire & facilitating their Induction & also for all levels.
- On-boarding formalities for New Joiners including documentation & personnel file management.
- Streamlined HR efficiencies, coordinated new hire orientations and provided on-boarding and training for new employees.
- Briefed new hires on essential job information, such as company policies, employment benefits and job duties.
- Facilitating & coordinating internal trainings & collating training feedback with proper analyzing & submitting report to the Top Management.
- Facilitating & assisting smooth transfer of employee & looking over the off-boarding formalities of out-going employees.

- Maintaining and updating Employee Database of the Business, analyzing various Data Trends (Attrition, Headcount, Tenure, Absenteeism, Manpower Cost, Cost per Ton) with recommendations. Preparation and Compilation of Monthly Business HRMIS excel reports
- Prepared reports to substantiate required transactions prior to settlement for each entity in the organization for accounting purpose.
- Arranging, initiating & coordinating various Employee Engagement activities for all employees of all grades.
