Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate terms and conditions to achieve cost savings.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely approval and processing.
Track orders and manage logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
Handle any issues related to order discrepancies or delays.
Monitor and manage the budget for promotional purchases.
Maintain an accurate inventory of promotional items.
Implement inventory control measures to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and distribution of promotional materials.
Prepare reports and presentations on procurement activities and performance.
Work closely with the marketing, sales, finance, and legal teams to support promotional initiatives.
Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to project planning and execution
