Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sourcing candidates for the manpower requirements through job portals, agencies,
references / networking, and existing database.
Conducting preliminary HR assessments to check their communication skills,
technical skills, and stability.
Maintaining Interview Status & Daily MIS.
Background verification and Reference checking of candidates.
Conduct employee on boarding.
Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves,
compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.
Employee engagement activities.
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Gather and analysis data for maintaining monthly HR dashboard.
Maintain employee files and records.
Preparing attendance data for salary processing.
Maintaining regularly all HR forms issued by the employees and duly signed by HOD
and HRD.
Maintenance of all the registers related to HR & Admin.
Assisting HRD in documentation and other HR& Administration related matters.
Any other task related to HR & Administration that may be assigned from time to
time.
