Job Responsibility:
- Developing productive long term relationships with customers.
- Creating long term strategies with the clients and Build nurtured relationship across Key Accounts.
- Act as a main contact for existing and new customers.
- Reaching sales targets and Drive own sales targets.
- Implementing a global sales strategy.
- Preparing volume forecasts and plans.
- Closely cooperating with other departments involved with your accounts.
- Identify new opportunities to expand market.
- Ensure the brand is positioned in line with the company guidelines.
- Generate competitor insights.
- Provide resolution to channel partners and help them increase revenue.
Requirements:
- 5+ years minimum Modern Trade Sales experience.
- Personal care/cosmetic industry experience is a must.
- Handling Modern Trade Chain is a must.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Goals oriented personality.
