JOB DESCRIPTION - HRBP
Job Summary:
- Job Title: HR Business Partner
- Location: Pune, MH (Currently remote due to COVID-19)
- Work Hours: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST
- Experience: 4+ years in relevant field
Job Role & Responsibilities:
This role requires recruiting development, predictive strategy, reporting, planning, and operations for recruiting and hiring top technology talent for our corporate clients. We need proven ability and skills in various HR Business Partner functions including- policies, recruitment, payroll, attendance, compliance.
Recruitment & On-Boarding
- Drive and manage the overall Recruitment cycle at all levels (Interns, Lateral Hires, Vertical heads.) (IT & Non-IT)
- Interact and assist Vertical heads in identifying and closing various active positions in the US/ India Office staff hiring.
- Create and manage various training programs for the interns.
- Staff on-boarding for US and India staff and handling all Visa related concerns/ issues.
- Documentation & reference checks prior to onboarding.
- Salary negotiation
Business
- For each of the business units:
- Research on various industry standards and analyze market trends in terms of training, SOPs, and SLAs and provide constructive inputs and establish and innovate the processes as per the standards.
- Identify training needs for each SBU and create or procure a professional development curriculum and monitor training programs to ensure that training objectives are met.
- Regularly interact with the Subject matter experts of each SBU, gather feedback, and work towards overall process improvement.
- Communicate with the clients & account managers for ongoing project updates (mostly on the administrative and engagement front.).
- Assist in Townhalls, CoE meets, Digital team meets preparing teams, facilitating the activity, also assist in Microsoft-related coordination when necessary.
HR & Employee Engagement:
- Manage employee-related HR issues.
- Conduct team-building and employee motivation exercises.
- Conduct skills enhancement exercises.
Policies & legal Compliance:
- Create and improve the HR policies and processes keeping in tandem with the latest trends followed in the industry.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management of employees.
- Ensure contract compliance including handling legal actions as required for various training/employee engagement programs.
Requirements:
- Have 4+ years of experience working in a recruiting management function within the IT industry or the equivalent.
- Previous experience in Human Resources Management
- Advanced HR certification and Masters's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a consultant (internal or external) for human resources and recruiting teams.
- Have solid leadership skills, strong technical knowledge, a basic understanding of AGILE methodology, and a drive to succeed.
- Should have strong Communication Skills & Negotiation Skills.
- Strong Business Acumen, Project Management, and Change Management Skills
- Strong Time Management, Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
