Responsibilities
Project Management • Day-to-day responsibility for leading and managing projects, including attendance of weekly meetings with the client, agency, project and creative production teams • Review and keep up to date with the weekly WIPs and project actions from all stakeholders • Leveraging Shopper knowledge to build and shape proposals and estimates alongside the creative and strategic leads • Drive approvals and ensure all sign off procedures are rigorously adhered to on a weekly basis before reviewing work with Account team • Managing project budgets and timelines. Accurately quote all jobs and keep the client up to date regularly with any additional hours to be added to their estimate to fulfil the project • Briefing creative requirements into Art & Creative Directors, Designers, Artworkers and Copywriters • Briefing production requirements into our studio and production teams • Verify that the briefing process is adequately managed; ensuring accurate and comprehensive information is being provided on all creative briefs to creative/copy/design/artwork/ adapts • Update the client regularly throughout the project, maintaining status reports, timing plans and cost control • To use internal and client tools to manage all elements of the project workflow and process. To keep the system updated with specifications, status and costs as required. • Ensuring that confidentiality and security is maintained throughout project cycle • To be pro-active and anticipate and rectify issues working with the teams within the business , to work more efficiently and effectively • Build and drive your relationship with key contacts in the business, in the pursuit of the highest customer service levels Workflow Management • Inform the creative leads(s) and Tag Depts on new briefs and bring-in SME support when required on projects • Scheduling project resources • Check assets are present and QCd for the creative briefing • Maintain regular communications with key internal contacts, studio, design, artwork, digital, print, IT etc • Update the client regularly throughout the project, maintaining status reports, timing plans and cost control Financial Management • Project estimation, cost budget management and invoicing • Ensuring all costs in internal systems are correct and up to date, with PO received before start of project • WIP and billing management, ensuring work is billed correctly and timely • Monthly performance and profitability analysis Client Development • Develop, maintain and extend client relationships • Strong understanding of the client business and global brand guidelines, including the operational processes in place • Manage client expectations in relation to project objectives, timelines and budgets • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client team and suppliers to achieve the best results for projects People • Scheduling work with Tag Creative Production and Design/Studio resources • Conflict management - with support from the Project Director, handle issue escalation and resolution • Motivate and support team members, designers and creative teams in the pursuit of delivering the highest standard of creative work
