Role Summary:
We are looking for a talented Video Editor with 3-4 years of experience to join our creative team
at upGrad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing, storytelling, and
post-production processes. You will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality video
content that aligns with upGrad's brand and objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
Decode the brief to create short and long form videos that serve the desired objective.
Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, visually appealing video content.
Contribute in the brain-storming sessions for different kinds of videos and reels to be
produced.
Ensure consistency and brand alignment across all video content.
Be aware and updated with new technologies and techniques to deliver innovative forms
of videos.
Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high
standards of quality.
Requirements:
3-4 years of experience in video editing and post-production.
Proficiency in creating 2D Animation, Motion graphics, VFX
Be proficient and experienced in color correction, strong storytelling and narrative skills.
Should have an interest in creating fun, upbeat, trendy videos and the capability to take
lead and produce content.
Should be able to work across studio/on-ground projects efficiently and an interest in
production - An interest in production with an ability to shoot is a complete green flag!
