Job Description
Job Summary:
To coordinatewith Customer / Customer Representatives for day to day operation. To ensurethat customers requirements are fulfilled well within the parameters of theService Level Agreement in coordination with Warehouse Staff, TransportCoordinator, Custom Clearance and other departments.
Performance Indicators

Efficient & ontime services to customers with clearly measurable Key Performance indicators(KPI) against set Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Efficient & ontime documentation – internal & external - to achieve customersatisfaction.

Accurately updatingsystem with all relevant information on a timely manner.

Keeping records in anorderly manner and ensuring data integrity.

Monthly TrendAnalysis of Logistics business.
Principal Accountabilities
-
Regularly coordinateswith Customers /Customer Representatives for providing World Class UPS Standardlogistics services to all customers and always strives to exceed customers’expectations.

Provides on time& accurate documents to warehouse and for customs clearances to facilitateon time completion of tasks.

Liaises with allinternal departments to provide end to end services to customers.

Liaises withwarehouse staff for regular physical inventory checks to ascertain inventoryaccuracy all times.

On time &accurate invoicing to customers for services rendered.
Specific Responsibilities

Responsiblefor keeping all regulatory requirements upto date.

Carriernegotiations and shipment execution.

E-waybill preparation and compliance.

Responsible forproviding World Class UPS Standard logistics services to all customers.

Responsible forupdating on time & accurate data of transactions and reporting back tocustomers.

Responsible foreffective coordination with internal departments to ensure efficient end to endservices to customers.

Responsible forcapturing and maintaining accurate data and relevant copies of documents as perstatutory requirements as well as for internal audit controls.

Responsible forgenerating daily/weekly/ monthly (as required) KPI reports measuring servicelevels provided to customers as well as internal performance levels.
Qualifications & JobCompetencies required:

Graduate in anyfaculty.
