Job Description
Looking for Candidates from a Hospitality background who should have handled multiple properties as OPS Head
- Manage the end-to-end operations for all projects.
- Preparing and adherence to process and compliance documents ensuring compliance on operating controls, SOP- s, policies, procedures and service standards including F&B
- Lead all key property issues including Operations, maintenance, governance and customer service.
- Handling complaints, and oversee the service delivery and grievance redressal procedures.
- Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of Annual Operating Budget
- Closely monitor the Operations and services reports on a daily basis and take decisions accordingly.
- Ensure that monthly financial outlooks for Rooms / Beds, F&B, Admin & General operations, and other services, are on target and accurate.
- Maximizing room yield and revenue through implementing innovative practices.
- Helping in the procurement of operating supplies and equipment, and contracting with third-party vendors for essential services.
- Be accountable for the responsibilities of the operations team and take ownership of all occupant's safety, security and complaints.
- Responsible for Occupational Health & Safety Act, fire regulations and other legal and statutory requirements.
Skills & Experience:
- 10-15 years of relevant experience - in a reputed Hotel Chain / Co-Living | Student Housing sector
- Hotel Management + MBA- from reputed institutes only
- Hands-on person who can work in Ambiguity and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communicator who is adept in Stakeholder Management
