Purpose Statement:
We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager to cater the relationships of the company with its most important Govt & PSUs customers within the defined territories. The goal is to acquire new business amongst state Govt & PSU sectors, sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.
Responsibilities:
Develop relationships & business with a portfolio of major clients in Govt, PSUs/ PSEs, Medical research institutes Develop strategies for enhancing community health screening program in urban and rural areas to reduce the health financing burden for the state authorities Accountable for sales targets, growth & collection of receivables Build strong sales funnel by hunting & farming for new business opportunities Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives Upsell & cross sell of Companys solutions for incremental growth Contracting and Negotiation including facilitation of contract negotiations involving all company products
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Life science / Biomedical science
5+ years of working experience in critical care / medical device/ HealthTech/ Solution sales is must
Prior experience of working with Govt/ PSU sectors like NHM, NRHM, DHS, HLL, Hites, Sodexo etc
