Job Description
1. Plan, execute and support tertiary sales by means of Product Display enhancement, Consumer engagement & Brand building processes traveling throughout Pan India.
2. Work closely with the in-house PR team to develop and help execute local PR activity to enhance the commercial launch of products and primary channels in the Market.
3. Support Key primary customers by creating market pull organizing Market surveys , Key category sell-out strategies, engagement of retailers and specifiers (Electricians/ Contractors)
4. Define our new build positioning and create fully integrated communications across all customer touchpoints that have real cut-through and are effective.
5. Manage & execute Flagship stores policy Pan India and ensure business growth of these stores on a Quarterly basis.
6. Work cross-functionally with the product and Marcom team to ensure consistency of message and propositions.
7. Support the creation of an enhanced experience of all products and services within new build areas encouraging increased levels of brand consideration and advocacy.
Required Candidate profile
6-10 Years experience in BTL Marketing & Brand building (Preferably in reputed FMCG companies)
Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
