Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Development and mechanism action of process line for dairy products
- Transfer of technology by evaluation of clients facilities, conducting product trials, facilitating training of QA/Production personnel, trouble shooting and continuous up gradation of technology.
- Selection/standardization of analytical techniques for studying physics - chemical, microbiological and biotechnological parameters for dairy and food products.
- Providing technical inputs on issues related to dairy products & technology for dissemination to internal & external agencies.
- Interact on with food ingredient and packaging material suppliers as well as with all the relevant internal & external stakeholders for product
- development and technology transfer.
Preferred Male candidates.
Telugu Language is Mandatory.
Candidate with Dairy/Food Technology educational background.
Experience: 0 to 5 Years.
Freshers are also OK.
Package: Best in the Industry.
Candidate is Preferred from Andhra Pradesh.
