Handling all secretarial work, Promptly replying to all correspondences, Coordinate with all HODs for various meetings & keep minutes, Coordinate/follow-ups with departments, Do Travel arrangements, Handle confidential issues with due diligence.
Required Candidate profile
Both Male/Female Graduates can apply & be of <=35 years age with MS Office, Internet and good English speaking & drafting communication skills; with min 5 yrs Chairman's Personal Secretary experience
