Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families throughout the admissions process.
- Conduct informational sessions, campus tours, and individual meetings to provide information about academic programs, admission requirements, financial aid, and student life.
- Review and evaluate applications for admission, including transcripts, test scores, and recommendation letters.
- Assist students with completing application forms, submitting required documents, and understanding admission deadlines.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as academic advising, financial aid, and student affairs, to support students through the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students and track their progress from inquiry to enrollment.
- Represent the institution at college fairs, high school visits, and other recruitment events.
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in college admissions, as well as changes to admission policies and procedures.
- Participate in professional development activities and training sessions
