Roles and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of paid social advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Track and report on campaign results, data analysis, contribute to weekly/monthly client status calls with regular reporting on results.
- Constant learning to improve your understanding of the paid marketing landscape.
- You're an expert in Facebook Ads, having directly managed large budget campaigns with results to show.
- Knowing that CRO is just as important as your campaigns, you are well-versed in post-click conversion and what it takes to convert traffic at a high rate.
- Always willing to speak up, collaborate, and advocate for your ideas.
- You're a conceptual thinker, someone able to create a range of ideas and strategies for campaigns along with having total confidence in your execution
- Deliver the best ROI while meeting targets / Continuous experiments and run A / B Testing on campaigns, messaging, and targeting to improve ROI.
- Working closely with marketing Head to execute different campaigns
- Reporting to management on the performance of campaigns
- The understanding outcome of campaigns/ consumer behavior and implementing the learning
- Developing and executing new and innovative strategies for the target group
- Identifying trends in data and creating an audience with logic
- Coming up with innovative ways to run paid campaigns
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for a candidate who has experience in the SEM- Social Media with minimum 3 Years.
