What we are looking for
Must-Have:
- IT IS Program Manager is overall responsible for directing and coordinating of activities pertaining to technology, transition or transformation projects for strategic IT IS clients. The scope includes program management of all delivery related projects across the region, from due diligence through steady state and coordination of many individual project manager
- Deliver all Service Transition Projects and Programs in line with recognized best practice methodology (managing risk, governance, quality assurance, issue resolution, reporting), where the successful implementation of service resource skills and processes are just as critical to project success as technology
- To take full responsibility for the management of the wider transition team involving additional project management resource, internal technical resource, 3rd party suppliers, account team members and client stakeholders
- Creates approach and methodology, transition charters, transition deliverables, transition plans and secures phased approvals from the program sponsors and key stakeholders to the overall execution of plan and its deliverables
- Helps and supervises in creation and maintenance Integrated Program plan including the key milestones, deliverables, acceptance criteria and dependencies. Ensures customer satisfaction vis--vis program delivery
Good to Have :
- Certifications Preferred: PMP and/or PRINCE2 Practitioner and/or Agile PSM I / II and/or ITIL Intermediate
- Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure and supporting processes including, but not limited to: Data Center infrastructure, LAN, WAN, Security, Service Desk, End User Services, Compliance
- Experience in working with senior stakeholders
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for management and delivery of Key Service Transition Projects and Programs of work that are organizationally complex, developing strategies, policies and guidelines, , meeting Program & Transition timelines, managing cost effectiveness and delivering program benefits and require a Senior level of Project experience, stakeholder management and commercial understanding
- Maps to tactical level stakeholders and will act a bridge with the operational team for successful transition, understands sponsors expectations and achieve the desired results
- Manages relationship and communication at a Strategic, Tactical and Operational level. Understands the Customer's Business priorities on Transformation
- Creates and implements risk management framework and governance in accordance with TCS and client regulatory and audit processes and quality requirements / measures
- Guide program managers / project managers in identification and mitigation of program level risks, Develops and institutionalizes best practices/ process
- Identifies and implements standard processes and procedures adopted for transition projects by fine tuning it as per the customers requirements
Minimum Qualification:
- 15 years of full-time education
- Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
