Job Description
5 years minimum experience in IBM Sterling OMS.
Ability to lead full life-cycle projects including requirements, design, build, test and implement phases
At least 2 project implementations that exploit the full capabilities (requirement gathering, design, implement and optimize)
Essential Requirements:
6 years of experience implementing and enhancing Sterling Order Managementapplication across retailers
6 years of experience and subject matter expertise in IBM Sterling orderManagement suite
3 years of experience architecting or leading the technical team
Demonstratedsuccess in performing work and managing complex and/or large projects
Collaborationtools such as Zoom, Slack, Sharepoint, Jira and Confluence
DesirableRequirements:
Knowledgeof IBM Sterling Store and IBM Call Center application is desirable
Experienceworking in Retail - dealing with multiple sites (Stores) and multiple brands
Retailselling and customer service experience
Abilityto effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Tertiaryqualifications in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering,or commensurate experience required
