Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: The candidate will need to demonstrate a clear understanding of risk management challenges across several risk types including and not limited to Operational, Reputational, Compliance & Legal risks. It includes risk assessment, risk decision making, and implementation of risk controls, which results in acceptance, mitigation, or avoidance of risk.
The role is responsible for driving transversal topics associated with the core functions of the GSCs Enterprise Risk Management Team. The role requires active contribution to strategic initiatives assigned. The role requires clear understanding of risk management practices including operational and reputational risks. The role involves active participation in PCT related activities, Risk Reporting activities, Risk Governance and initiatives/projects management.
RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE ROLE
- Manage administration of Risk Tools and Systems including GPS, Morse etc
- Managing Key Projects
- Risk Reporting and Risk Support Activities
- Participate to resolve issues related to transversal topics
- Publish KI/ KRI details accurately as per the timelines and support various governance committees.
- Reduce Manual Workarounds and automate as much as possible
- Implement Data Visualization tools like PowerBI as much as possible
- Develop good understanding of all ancillary risk tools like Caroline, MyAPRC, etc.
- Contribute to the overall knowledge and awareness of ORMs on Risk Reporting topics.
- Bring efficiencies in Risk Reporting topics
- People Management
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Graduate/ MBA / Chartered Accountant
- Knowledge of Power BI is preferred

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Approximate 7+ years of total experience with risk and relevant functional experience of 5+ years.
- Should have experience on Internal Controls, Risk Management, Process & IT controls
