Job description
1)To ensure the smooth functioning of the housekeeping activities, security, and reception.
2)To organize for purchase non-trading items, maintain fixed assets & organize for sale of scrap & fixed assets as & when need arises
3)To ensure all statutory compliances wrt housekeeping, security & administration department are met.
4) Equipment, spares, fixtures, building Maintenance
5) Energy Conservation
6) Snag Analysis & Rectification planning
7) Vendor development & fixture inventory
