What youll Be Doing Everyday:
• Work closely with clients and third parties to identify suitable candidates.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership to align HR policies and practices with the company’s strategic goals.
• Oversee the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new
employees along with the exit formalities of the current employees in the organization.
• Foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations and addressing any issues.&
also ensure effective conflict resolution, employee grievance management, and discipline & system implementation
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on HR initiatives, performance, and trends.
• Use data analytics to drive decision-making and improve HR processes.
• Experience working in a BPO/Shared Services environment with exposure to Global Clients.

• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.

Employee Relationship
• Conduct regular check-ins with employees and stakeholders.
• Handle employee grievances
• Plan and coordinate mandatory training for employees.
• Organize reflection workshops on agreed-upon behavioral norms
• Ensure adherence to organization policies by the employees.
Appraisals, Compensation & Benefits
• Initiate and manage appraisal cycles, gather and manage data as per company norms.
• Enable the development of KRAs and KPIs of the employees as per the organizational/departmental
goals
• Salary and benefits surveys, maintaining org structure etc.
- Analyse and present employee costs and its trends to the management.
Policy Development & Implementation
• Develop, modify and update HR policies and procedures with configuration management
• Ensure policies comply with legal requirements and reflect best practices
What you bring to the table:
• Post Graduation in Management.
• Minimum 12-15 years of post-education HR experience in an organization of at least 5 years in a
senior management role.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Hindi
• Individual must demonstrate a willingness to take a hands-on approach and also be able to excel
• Extensive use of Windows and the following software applications: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Ability to dialogue, and communicate at all levels and all age groups
• Demonstrated and tested competencies like negotiations, grievance handling, a well-wisher for the organization and the employees
• Well-versed with the latest trends in HR operations and management
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of the organization
