Roles and Responsibilities
- Sales & Marketing of Terminal Blocks, Relay Modules and other panel accessories either directly to panel builders or through dealers.
- Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
- Providing techno - commercial solutions and independently handling sales enquiries and negotiate orders and responsibility to execute till payment.
Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client's need.
- Meeting monthly, quarterly & yearly sales targets.
- Be a team player communicating with colleagues and other department members.
- Able to travel throughout sales territory.
Desired Candidate Profile
- DEGREE in Electrical/Instrumentation / Electronics
- Should have capabilities of team building and management.
- Young and energetic with flair for Sales & Marketing and willing to travel extensively.
- Having relevant number of years of experience in direct Sales / Marketing of Industrial products preferably in the Switch-gear , Automation and Instrumentation & Control.
- Candidates having experience of selling Terminal Blocks Sensors, PLC, Relays, Relay Modules, Solar Terminals, Current Transformers, controllers, servo motors and drives shall be preferred.
- Candidates having experience of OEM sales and Channel shall be preferred.
- Must have excellent communication, relationship building and negotiation skills.
