Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparing communications on behalf of CEO.
- Organizing travel and itineraries.
- Organizing, planning & scheduling meetings.
- Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings.
- Conducting or preparing any research that the CEO may require
- Answering phone calls related to the CEO
- Various ad hoc requests
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should be smart and presentable
- Should be proficient in written and spoken English
- Should be Graduate in any stream
- Should be excellent in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Should be able to draft letters, email etc.
- Should have strong organizational skills
