You will join our Digital Development Centre
As our Product Analyst– AEC you will be a part of the Digital Development Team to focus on automation of processes, enhancing detailed design UX through VR/AR and other visual platforms, and creating the next generation of design tools and processes. Additionally, you will also be responsible for improving the way we utilize our software and technology and serve as an advisor for how we can standardize and harmonize our tools.
Digital Development Centre is our in-house centre for automation and development of engineering tools and services. Our mission is to digitalize and automate our engineering processes, freeing and enabling our engineers and consultants to focus even more on bringing value and sustainable solutions to our clients. We focus on the areas of Computational Design, API Development and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC). Digital Development Centre is a subordinate of Group Digital & Innovation and co-located with Ramboll Engineering Centre (REC) in Gurgaon, India. The team has stakeholders and clients worldwide in a vast range of markets and services.
Job Description
- Providing CAD AutoCAD/ Tekla/ Revit BIM 360 Forge application support
- Testing of in-house Autodesk tools and sharing the feedback to the development team for further enhancements.
- Creating BIM Documentations and Workflows for the new products developed in-house.
- To assist our engineers in their day to day tasks with a problem-solving attitude, suggesting best practices to our stakeholders.
- To conduct demos for custom developed products.
- Good presentation skills.
- Work within the AEC product team to design, implement, and deploy integrated AEC workflows for product delivery.
- Develop strategies and tools to automate testing, deployment, and management of test data sets at real-world scales
- Write high-level documentation for the new AEC desktop/web products
- Participate in team design reviews and advocate for clean and understandable workflows
- Should be well versed in working remotely and collaborating with the teams globally.
- Should be able to onboard on the current process and the product management tools.
- High ability to learn and master new technologies and tools
- Knowledge of agile development methodology

- BE/B. Tech degree in Civil Engineering from an institute of repute. M.E. M. Tech would be desirable.
- Must have a sound technical understanding of structures and experience in designing concrete structures, including both substructure and superstructure. Experience with the European design code (Euro code)/ British Codes (BS) will be an added advantage.
- Candidates having experience in working with Multinational Companies overseas will be preferred.
- Should have worked on 3D design software such as Revit. Knowledge of Navisworks, Solibri, simulation tools will be added advantage.
- Should have experience in working with global teams within as well as outside India.
- 3-5 years of experience with at least one Autodesk/Trimble CAD system
- Diploma Or Degree Holder In Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or other course-related to Engineering
- Knowledgeable in Revit Architecture, Revit MEP, Revit Structure (or all)
- Experience in design, drafting or engineering in the public or private sector
- Knowledge and experience in handling Autodesk related products and other software related to Architecture and BIM applications, Engineering, Construction etc
- Must be able to work independently with ability in problem-solving
