Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities
(A) Responsible for identifying growth opportunities through relevant partnerships across ecosystems
(B) Scope requirements on business, legal, compliance, technology and credit
(C) Business case development
(D) End-to-end project management from inception to launch
(E) Managing partner relationship through the life cycle
(F) Deliver on the Consumer Finance P&L for ecosystem partnerships
Requirements:
(a) - Experience - 12 to 15 years in banking, financial services, consumer technology, or related industries
(b)Qualification Masters in Marketing/ Finance from a reputed institute/ university
Technical & Core competencies:
(a) 1) Understanding of lending business, experience in ecosystems would be a plus
(b) Project Management skills
(c) 2) Tech Savvy and a good understanding of designing customer journeys
(d) 3) Ability to forge and manage relationships with senior internal/external stakeholders
(e) 4) Business Development and managing strategic partnerships
(f) 5) Strong communication skills in both internal/external interactions
(g) 6) Advanced Negotiation skills
