Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Tele calling on Digital Leads and understanding the real estate needs of Prospects
- Putting all leads ( Digital, Channel Partners ) into the assigned CRM
- Gathering Market Intelligence and mapping competition products, so as to strengthen the Sales pitch of the given projects of the developers
- Building strong relationship with existing customers and get testimonials, referrals etc.
- Digitally equipping the customers with all necessary details after a conversation when required
- Sharing marketing collaterals to customers and channel partners
- Other duties may be assigned.
Skills
- Should be hard worker and a big believer in team work
- Possesses good understanding of real estate and especially that of East Pune
- Should have excellent Oral, written and interpersonal skills
- Should have the ability to convert Cold leads into Hot leads
- Readiness to take responsibility and act on ones own initiative
- Possesses ability to remain calm under pressure
- Should have confidence in ones own judgement
- The candidate should be socially active and should believe in the strength of networking
- Candidates should necessarily have a two wheeler or a four wheeler.
