Job Description
We, at Platinum Industries Pvt. Ltd. have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company's CEO.
You will manage mostly business related tasks for the team such as creating reports, organising travel and accommodation, taking minutes, and other organisational tasks. To do this role properly you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, be extremely fast at solving problems and have experience as an executive or administration assistant in the past.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage CEO's calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements for Management
- Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
- Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
- Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
- Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
- Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
- Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with the CEO.
- Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
- Reading and analysing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
- In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
- Ability to organise a daily workload by priorities.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Very important to posses professional level verbal and written communications skills.
