We have urgent opening for HR Recruitment
Company - Parekh Integrated Services
Location - Bangalore (Mysore Road)
Profile:
Handling entire recruitment process from Sourcing, searching, screening, negotiating and recruiting candidates as per the Man Power Requirements.
Conducting interviews & coordinates till final closure.
Candidate should have knowledge in Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Etc.)
Responsible for Pre/Post Offer Letter formalities.
Responsible for joining formalities and onboarding process.
HR Induction, Coordinating for other departments induction, Training Plan for New Joinees.
Responsible for post joining formalities (For E.g. Raising ticket for email Id and other ids creation, Sending welcome onboard mail, issuing temp id, bank account opening of new joinees, preparing JDs, Preparing PRF form etc.
Responsible to ensure on time inductions are conducted.
Responsible for attending and solving HR related queries.
Helping in other HR related activities.
