Educational Qualification: Graduation/ Post graduation
Experience Range: 8+ years in handling a Tele Collections process in a contact
centre
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing end to end collections for the unsecured lending business (especially
- in Credit Card) along with managing relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Manage BKT level resolution, Roll Back and Normalisation targets achievements
- along with capacity planning.
- Should be well versed with Dialer Management to maximise productivity
- Should have effective team management experience handling a team of TLs and
- SMEs, should be able to manage attrition as per business expectations.
- Performance management and team development.
- Managing customer queries & complaints with efficient redressal mechanisms in
- place
- Strong understanding about Digital Repayments Journey
- Sound knowledge of Audit & Compliance.
