Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our sports coaching services in different locations, coordinating with coaches and partners, supporting customers, enhancing their experience, and smoothening operations. This role will also involve in-ground promotions, and addressing grievances, and issues as needed

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of sports coaching classes in different residential complexes, schools, corporates
- Coordinate with coaches, support customers, enhance their experience, and smoothen operations
- Conduct in-ground promotions, address grievances, and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, coaches, and partners
- Ensure high-quality services are provided to customers
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate with at least 1-2 years of prior operations and customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Willingness to work during the afternoon shift (11 AM - 8 PM) with Mondays off
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to travel within and outside of the city premises
