Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for receipt, storage, control, and the issue of Raw materials, Packing Materials. PDS Chemicals inventory control and maintain the statutory compliance records, Records Keeping, cGMP, EMS, OSHA, and Compliance Records.
1. Strict adherence to cGMP norms and safety rules of the factory.
2. Monitor & Maintain Area & area-related log.
3. Keep up-to-date Stock for Receipts & issued material.
4. Daily stock report preparation for APIs and PDS project.
5. Maintain Physical Stock. Vs SAP stock accurate.
6. Inventory management of all warehouse-related Raw materials.
7. Preparation of reports such as Rejection reports, Retest Reports, Receipt. Reports, MIS Reports, and Crosscheck with relevant documents its correctness in SAP.
8. Job work SAP entries posting and monthly stock reconciliation.
9. Tracking of RGP related to job work Activities.
10. Records Maintenance-related with QMS. EMS, and OSHA.
11. Ensure timely submission of GRN & Retest note for all Raw materials adhering to SOP.
12. Manpower Management of all Team Members, Casual laborers.
13. Physical stock verification of all Raw materials and Reconciliation and Monthly Variance correction.
14. Monthly Excise Related stock Report and consumption Reports preparation and provide to the commercials department
15. Overall control of all warehouse activities with time management.
16. Expired, Non-Moving, Rejected materials disposal/ Returned in coordination with SCM team with relevant documentation.
17. Train the team members in adheres to cGMP, EMS, OSHA procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
5-10 years of experience in the API/Pharma industry.
Knowledge and hands-on experience in Chemical dispensing are a must.
Must have educational qualifications: B.Sc/M.Sc (Chemistry) / B.Tech (Chemical)/Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
