Key Job responsibilities of hired candidates:
Providing support to customers for our software products over voice calls as well as over remote desktop sharing software such as Teamviewer. Engage in outbound calls to facilitate the sale of our products and services. Work closely with Management, Customers, QA, Design, Product Management, and Customer Support to maintain and enhance the existing products as well as to develop new products.
